Mini Salted Caramel Croissant 一口海鹽焦糖牛角包Nobody can resist the temptation of caramel, especially on a crispy and buttery croissant. This recipe is super easy to make, just take you less than 15 mins. Equipment
- Airfryer or Oven
Ingredients
- 1 sheet Ready Rolled Puff Pastry
- 3 tbsp Salted Caramel Sauce
- 2 tbsp Beaten Egg
- Cooking Spray to grease the pan
Instructions
- Cut the puff pastry into small triangles
- Brush half of them with salted caramel sauce
- Stack 2 pieces up, without spread one on top
- Roll into the croissant shape.
- Brush with beaten egg before baking.
- Bake at Airfryer at 190c for 10-12 mins.
