Blueberry Yogurt Muffin 藍莓乳酪鬆餅

I love adding plain yogurt to my muffin batter as it will bring me a moist and fluffy texture. These muffins are so easy to make and delicious. Hope you will like my sharing. Happy Cooking ^^

- 70 g Plain Flour. 70g
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder 1/2 tbsp
- 65 g Brown Sugar 65g
- 1 no Egg 1 no
- 50 g Yogurt 50g
- 50 ml Milk 50ml
- 45 ml Vegetable oil 45ml
- 60 g Blueberry
Preheat oven 180c
Add the egg into the mixing bowl
Add in yogurt, milk & vegetable oil, mix well
Sieve flour with baking powder
Add in sugar & mix well
Gradually pour the egg mixture into flour, stir to combine
Add the blueberry to the batter
Line the cake tin with baking paper cup
Pour the batter into the paper cup
Bake at 180c for 12-15 mins

- Using frozen blueberry to prevent it sinking to the bottom while baking
