臭草是泰國人家常必備的材料,據說有美容及健美的功效。 傳統老鐹人吃法,會用水稍為川燙,進食時將整株臭草卷成小圓圈,用以載著鮮製的辣椒醬同吃。

魚露 Fish Sauce

白胡椒粉 White Pepper
Instructions
臭草洗淨用布印乾水份
先摘去頂部嫩葉,然後再用手指捏著頂部由上而下一推,會輕易將葉全摘下,備用。
雞蛋拂勻,加少連魚露及白胡椒粉調味,再放入所有臭草摘葉。
燒熱油鑊,以慢火將蛋液煎成兩面金黃,即成。
