
Blueberry Yogurt Muffin 藍莓乳酪鬆餅
I love adding plain yogurt to my muffin batter as it will bring me a moist and fluffy texture. These muffins are so easy to make and delicious. Hope you will like my sharing. Happy Cooking ^^
Ingredients
- 70 g Plain Flour. 70g
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder 1/2 tbsp
- 65 g Brown Sugar 65g
- 1 no Egg 1 no
- 50 g Yogurt 50g
- 50 ml Milk 50ml
- 45 ml Vegetable oil 45ml
- 60 g Blueberry
Instructions
- Preheat oven 180c
- Add the egg into the mixing bowl
- Add in yogurt, milk & vegetable oil, mix well
- Sieve flour with baking powder
- Add in sugar & mix well
- Gradually pour the egg mixture into flour, stir to combine
- Add the blueberry to the batter
- Line the cake tin with baking paper cup
- Pour the batter into the paper cup
- Bake at 180c for 12-15 mins

- Using frozen blueberry to prevent it sinking to the bottom while baking
