
Creamy Potato Salad 忌廉薯仔沙律
How I manage to cook 3 courses meal for dinner everyday? I am not a full time housewife (haha), so time management is really important to me. I always making a simple & quick side dish or salad like this one, to go with my main course, so it can save me a lot of time. This creamy potato salad can be served warm or cold. Up to you and of course your 2nd half or your family ^^ For this recipe, I use Ninja Pressure cooker to save cooking time and also saving energy and my electricity bill here in Scotland 😛
Equipment
- 1 Pressure Cooker
Ingredients
- 1 pack Baby Potatoes
- 1 pack Creme Fraiche
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- a few Priprika
- a few Cayenne Pepper
- season to taste Salt & Pepper
- 3 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 2-3 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Cook the baby potatoes with pressure cooker (instruction please prefer to your cooker's user manual)
- Mix all the dressing ingredients.
- Add the chopped parsley.
- Mash the baby potatoes while still hot, then mix with the dressing.
- Serve warm right away or chill in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
