Instructions
預熱焗爐180度。芝士刨成絲狀並置於酥皮上,隨後由上而下對摺成半,用木棍壓平,再用刀切成幼條狀 。
將2條幼條交錯編成辮狀,再曬上芝士碎,輕手將芝士碎壓實,再塗上少許蛋液
放入180度焗爐約8-10分鐘即成。

Yves Tips!
在步驟2時,切記要輕手按壓酥皮條,否則會影響賣相。另外,蛋液只需輕輕沾上便可,太多亦會影響外觀。
