包心菜豬肉鍋 Savoury Mille-Feuille

- 1 no. 包心菜 Cabbage
- 2 packs 豬肉片 Pork Belly Slices
- little 鹽及胡椒 Salt & Pepper
- to season 味醂 Mirin
- 1 no. 豬肉上湯 Pork Stock optional
- 1 Litre 水 Water
依序將包心菜及肉片置於鍋內 Put the cabbage & pork slice into the pot by layers
加入鹽及胡椒、味醂調味 To season with salt & pepper or mirin
注入上湯及水煮至滾起,肉片熟透,菜腍身 Add water with pork stock (optional) and cook until meat is done and cabbage is softened
改以小火慢煮入味 Turn to low heat and simmer for another 10 mins to develop further flavor.
熄火,即時享用 Turn off the heat. Read to serve.
