包心菜豬肉鍋 Savoury Mille-Feuille

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no. 包心菜 Cabbage
  • 2 packs 豬肉片 Pork Belly Slices
  • little 鹽及胡椒 Salt & Pepper
  • to season 味醂 Mirin
  • 1 no. 豬肉上湯 Pork Stock optional
  • 1 Litre 水 Water

Instructions
 

  • 依序將包心菜及肉片置於鍋內 Put the cabbage & pork slice into the pot by layers
  • 加入鹽及胡椒、味醂調味 To season with salt & pepper or mirin
  • 注入上湯及水煮至滾起,肉片熟透,菜腍身 Add water with pork stock (optional) and cook until meat is done and cabbage is softened
  • 改以小火慢煮入味 Turn to low heat and simmer for another 10 mins to develop further flavor.
  • 熄火,即時享用 Turn off the heat. Read to serve.
