
水牛芝士蕃茄 Tomato & Mozzarella Salad
Our favourite appetiser with homegrown basil leaves. Just simply use the salad tomato with mozzarella cheese. The best extra virgin olive oil and sea salt you may use, the best results you may have. Sometimes, I love using fig flavour balsamic vinegar for a richer flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 nos. Tomato 蕃茄
- 1 pack Mozzarella 水牛芝士
- a handful Basil Leaves 羅勒葉
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 初榨橄欖油
- 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar 意大利黑醋
- a pinch Sea Salt 海鹽
- a few Black Pepper 黑胡椒
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes & mozzarella cheese.
- Place the tomato, mozzarella & basil in order onto the plate, then season with salt, pepper & extra virgin olive oil
