TAKOYAKI 章魚燒
Takoyaki (章魚燒) is a Japanese street food that is ball-shaped and usually cooked with octopus. Surprisingly it is not difficult to make at home. All you need is a takoyaki pan and some basic ingredients. I know it's not easy for us to get authentic ingredients, but we can still use our local produce as a substitute.
