
Sponge Cake Basic Recipe 製作海綿蛋糕
Ingredients
- 75 g Cake Flour 麵粉
- 75 g Caster Suar 砂糖
- 3 no. Egg 雞蛋
- 15 g Melted Butter 溶牛油
Instructions
- 1)預熱焗爐170度。 Preheat oven at 170°C.
- 2) 雞蛋及砂糖同置於碗中。 Put eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl.
- 3) 雞蛋及砂糖打稠呈可寫字狀。 Whisk the eggs with sugar until very thick.
- 4)分三次加入麵粉,最後加入溶牛油。 Fold in the flour and melted butter.
- 5) 倒入蛋糕模中,輕輕在枱面上拍一下,將空氣拍出。以170度焗20-25分鐘。 Slightly drop the cake tin onto the work surface to get rid of the bubbles inside. Bake at 170c for 20-25 mins.
