
簡易無糖 Tiramisu |Homemade Tiramisu - No Sugar. No Raw Egg. Gelatin Free Recipe
To make my family a healthy version of Traditional Tiramisu. I tried to omit the sugar, no raw egg, and using gelatine. Since the sweetness from Amaretto, that is already had the sweetness from the taste. In case you love the traditional recipes with sugar consumption, you can refer to my another recipe from the list. Equipment
- 1 Electrical Beater / Whisk 打蛋器
- 1 Coffee Machine 咖啡機
Ingredients
- 馬卡邦尼芝士 Mascarpone Cheese 250g
- 鮮忌廉 Whipping Cream 200g
- 特濃咖啡 Espresso 200ml
- 杏仁酒 Amaretto Wine 1-2 tbsp
- 雲厘娜香酒 Vanilla Essence 1-2 drops
- 手指餅 Finger Biscuits 1 pack
- 朱古力粉 Cocoa Powder for dusting
Instructions
- 預備特濃咖啡,放涼後加入杏仁酒,備用 To brew espresso coffee, adding Amaretto Wine after completely cool down
- 手指餅略浸於咖啡,再置於容器內 Dip the finger biscuits and put into the serving utensils
- 淡忌廉拂打至厚身,拌入馬卡邦尼芝士 Whisk the whipping cream until thick, then gradually adding mascarpone cheese, stir well
- 加入雲哩娜香油或香籽 Adding vanilla essence
- 舖於手指餅上,再重覆鋪上另一層已略酒的手指餅 Place another layer of finger biscuits (dipped with coffee liquid)
- 再鋪上剩餘的芝士,蓋開容器,置於雪櫃冷藏3-4小時 Then repeat the remaining cheese mixture, cover well. Then refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set
- 進食前,曬上朱古力粉即成 Dust with cocoa powder before serving
