
Coconut & Tapioca Sweet Dessert 泰式粟米西米露
Tapioca Dessert is my all-time favorite after dinner. It is super easy to make. If you like it to be served hot, you can omit the step of rinsing the tapioca with cold water. And I love adding canned sweet corn into the dessert which took me less than 20 mins ready to serve.
西米露是我喜愛的飯後甜品。 製作簡單及方便,如果是熱食,只要控制煮西米的火力及時間,我便會偷懶跳過將煮好西米隔水及沖凍水的步驟。 加入罐頭甜粟米,大約十零廿分鐘內便即可享用。
Ingredients
- 100 g Tapioca 西米
- 300 ml Water 水
- 60 g Sweet corn 甜粟米
- 350 ml Coconut milk 椰奶
- 2 tbsp Sugar 糖
- 1 tsp Salt 鹽
Instructions
- Add the tapioca into hot water 水煮至起蝦眼,加入西米,期間不創攪拌
- Keep stirring while cooking until transparent outside. Then put on the lid and cook with residual heat for 6-8 mins. 西米煮至外圍透明,中間仍有白點,即可關火、上蓋焗6-8分鐘
- Add in sweet corn & coconut milk. Bring to heat but not boiling.加入粟米及椰奶,慢慢煮熱 (不要沸騰)
- Season with sugar & salt. Serve hot. 以糖及鹽調味,趁熱享用
