Blueberry Yogurt Muffin 藍莓乳酪鬆餅

I love adding plain yogurt to my muffin batter as it will bring me a moist and fluffy texture. These muffins are so easy to make and delicious. Hope you will like my sharing. Happy Cooking ^^

Ingredients
  

  • 70 g Plain Flour. 70g
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder 1/2 tbsp
  • 65 g Brown Sugar 65g
  • 1 no Egg 1 no
  • 50 g Yogurt 50g
  • 50 ml Milk 50ml
  • 45 ml Vegetable oil 45ml
  • 60 g Blueberry

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 180c
  • Add the egg into the mixing bowl
  • Add in yogurt, milk & vegetable oil, mix well
  • Sieve flour with baking powder
  • Add in sugar & mix well
  • Gradually pour the egg mixture into flour, stir to combine
  • Add the blueberry to the batter
  • Line the cake tin with baking paper cup
  • Pour the batter into the paper cup
  • Bake at 180c for 12-15 mins

  1. Using frozen blueberry to prevent it sinking to the bottom while baking
