Soup is a women's good friend in my own culture but I rarely boil any soups when I was young. Now relocated to a new country, I realize that health is really important at my age, especially good eating habits, so let's get started with an easy & cook healthy soup. Ingredients
- 1 pc Pork Lean Meat 豬瘦肉
- 1 no Pumpkin (Buttersquash) 南瓜
- 2 nos Onion 洋蔥
- 1 pack Celery ⻄芹
- a handful Cashew Nuts 腰果
Instructions
- Peel & cut the pumpkin, onion & celery. 南瓜去皮及籽,切件。洋蔥及⻄ 芹切件。
- Rinse & cut the meat into pieces. Blanche with water. 豬肉洗淨、切件及 汆水備用。
- Put all the ingredients into the pressure cooker pot with water. 全部材料置 於煲內,注入水。
- To start cooking according to your cooker's instructions. 按說明書指示操作
- Turn to "Sauteed" after pressure cook which gives the soup stronger flavor.完成壓力煲湯後,改以”快炒”模式大火滾2-3分鐘,味道更濃。
