
Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Chop 香茅豬扒
This juicy and tender Vietnamese lemongrass pork chop is such a mouthwatering dish. It's so easy to cook, just marinate well, then cook it in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Pork Chop
- 4 stalks Lemongrass
To marinate
- 1 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 1.5 tbsp Ginger Puree
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Instructions
- Cut the end of lemongrass, disregard the outer layer
- chopped into small pieces
- then put into the blender, add 100ml water and blend into puree
- Mix the lemongrass puree with all the marinate ingredients, leave to set for 20 mins.
- Prep the pork chop. Cut the fatty tissue part and get a few slice on the meat
- Using the tool to tenderize the pork chop
- Add to the marinate mixture and sit for at least 30mins
- cook at the air fryer at 180c for 12-15mins
- then brush with honey, cook at 200c for another 5 mins.
